ok so peko kind of liked nanami to start with, then she got herself executed. then she was able to watch everything on the big movie screen and???? with her memories back, she was so confused as to what, exactly, nanami had done to get kuzuryuu to listen to her so easily. she (thinks she) knows her bocchan, and him just following the whims of this weird overly-friendly gamer girl is Just Plain Weird. so she was suspicious of that because what's nanami using the bocchan for. why this. what.
then phoenix spilled the deets on nanami as the mastermind and peko just. hatred is a bit too strong of a word, but she strongly resented nanami and kuzuryuu's relationship, because now she was certain nanami was using kuzuryuu. and also that 'nanami' wasn't actually nanami, but was some kind of weird evil copy of their classmate.
and then kuzuryuu's trial and execution and kuzuryuu explained everything!! and now peko's still trying to come to terms with everything that happened, but for now, she's decided that she can't really blame nanami for doing what she thought she had to, and does actually want to be her friend.

actually after the battle, she's finally let it go. because she's actually accepted that it's a really good thing she didn't off him, since she's fairly convinced that camp murder would not have gone nearly as well without him at the helm.
not to say that she actually likes him or anything. but by endgame, she's fairly indifferent, and while she won't go out of her way to talk to him, she won't frame him for murder. that's a... plus??

it's a little difficult to say, since peko tends to lose patience with kanaya's method of speaking. like. for fuck's sake kanaya, break it down to the key points and just say that. peko likes to cut straight to the point herself, so kanaya's wordiness irks her on occasion. especially when it relates to 'i can't tell you that information yet.'
that said peko does actually rather admire kanaya. kanaya made an effort to talk to peko and try to understand her point of view, and even if they never really reached total understanding on that, it was invaluable for peko's development as a person, to the point where she could actually tell kuzuryuu that she doesn't want to just be his tool anymore. she doesn't know what she's going to be now, but it's a start. kanaya was one of the ones who really opened her eyes to the fact that she really could change her own circumstances.
she still wouldn't call kanaya a friend, since that's still kind of weird for peko to think about. having friends. but it's a definite start!

okay kaoru had her fooled up to the very end. she was sERIOUSLY CONVINCED HE WAS THIS FAIRLY HARMLESS BARELY-CAPABLE SWORDSMAN. he really was ye olde super high school level harmless face. she rather liked how curious he was, and how willing he seemed to be to learn everything.
so she's a little ????? because nAGUMO??? wHAT????? after the reveal. she's not completely certain what to make of him, though she understands the need to hide one's true nature (if her yakuza ties hadn't been on her card, she wouldn't have bothered disclosing it to anyone but kuzuryuu) and doesn't hold it against him. that said, she does feel like if she's going to get to know him, she'd better start back from the fucking beginning all over again.

Peko actually does really like Maya. For one, Maya offered to channel her, which could have been great. Missed channeling opportunities there, really. No one was more disappointed than Peko when Maya wasn't able to channel her for Kuzuryuu. NOT THAT. SHE WOULD HAVE KNOWN WHAT TO SAY TO A KUZURYUU WHO DOESN'T REMEMBER HER SO IT'S FOR THE BEST ANYWAY but the fact that Maya offered meant a lot to her. And that Maya even came by her grave was nice, too.
But that Maya was so firm up to the end about seeing her as a person was something else that meant a lot to her, especially as time (for Peko) went on and Peko started actually wanting to see herself as something else. Other than just Kuzuryuu's tool.
She was actually a little upset about the way Maya blamed herself for Phoenix, though. CONSIDERING THAT PEKO COMPLETELY UNDERSTOOD PHOENIX'S REASONING and thought it was A+ well done, she thought the way Maya was acting was a little disrespectful to Phoenix's will. Since Phoenix went through all this effort to keep her safe, Maya should clearly just be focusing on that and not even thinking of taking the blame for herself since obviously this was a good thing??? Jeez. Peko, pls.
She thinks Maya's alright, though; being considerate of Peko's own death really goes a long way, and Maya's attempts to befriend her before were really something else that reinforced Peko's overall positive opinion of her. Come endgame, she'll probably try to talk to Maya more, kind of try to indirectly ask for how Maya thinks she can start thinking of herself as a person.

Peko's feelings are honestly a little complicated where Apollo's concerned. On one hand, she really does admire him. She didn't think Apollo'd be able to clear her, and she didn't even think Apollo thought she was innocent -- at best, she thought that maybe Apollo would be able/willing to divert suspicion long enough for someone else to get killed. If that had happened, she'd... honestly have felt a little bad about it, since she does honestly like Apollo. But thems the breaks, and it didn't happen anyway.
She really respects the way Apollo stands to his guns. Even if she doesn't always agree with him, she really does admire that. She thinks he's a bit stupid, a bit foolhardy, but all in all, a good person. If only Sebastian hadn't manipulated him against Kuzuryuu (FUU).
That's where her biggest point of conflict is; she likes Apollo, but she also hates how he treated the DKs, and by extension, Kuzuryuu himself. It's a situation where she wants to like him, but it almost feels like she's betraying Kuzuryuu by doing that. It's really one of the first times where she actually has her own opinion on something that runs contrary to Kuzuryuu's own. So in endgame, she'll be a little more hesitant to approach him. One of the benefits of being dead, however, was that she did get the chance to start developing on her own, without Kuzuryuu. And she's starting to realize that it's okay to have her own opinions and own relationships without Kuzuryuu's approval. So it might take a bit, but eventually she will start talking to him. She'd be totally willing to discuss philosophy, maybe even tentatively bounce some of her thoughts on being a tool off him to see if he'd be able to help her get out of that mindset.
She'd even teach him to use the sword, if he wanted. She really did intend for Apollo to have her blade (even though him giving it to Kuzuryuu was literally the best thing he could have done, and she seriously appreciates that), and for a lawyer so dedicated to constantly finding the truth and defending the innocent, knowing how to use a sword would be an excellent symbol.

LIKE AS MUCH AS I JOKED ABOUT IT IN THE PLURKS Peko really -- her feelings toward Kuzuryuu are Complicated. She just didn't want Kuzuryuu to end up with Nanami for a long time because she was honestly concerned that Nanami was using the bocchan. And that's absolutely not something that can be allowed to stand, and the young master should not be told that's an acceptable thing Glinda no.
But Peko honestly did mean what she said, before her execution; she had faith that Glinda would be able to rise above. After all, she'd gone to get a knife first thing from the kitchen. Whether it was for self-defense or murder, Peko couldn't really fault her for that. Being proactive about protecting oneself is obviously not something she's ever really going to argue against, and she thought it showed a remarkable amount of resolve for a woman everyone was so quick to write off. Especially week one, Peko really thought a lot of people were underestimating Glinda's resolve/ability to murder. WHICH MAY OR MAY NOT BE A COMPLIMENT thanks Peko.
As the game went on, and Peko was able to observe more of what was actually going on without being involved herself, she only really grew to respect Glinda as a person? Obviously Glinda's not a fighter, but she has her own kind of strength of will that made her a force to be reckoned with in the trials themselves. And she looked out for not only herself, but the other people in the castle. Which was important to her since Kuzuryuu was in that castle.
In endgame, Peko actually is going to want to approach Glinda more. Because Peko Needs Help With How To People and she knows it. Not that she's going to want the full Popular treatment, but she wants to start learning how to be something more like a normal high schooler. Not just for Kuzuryuu's sake, but also for her own, since she is starting to learn that for herself. That she seriously missed out on being a person, and she has a right (/responsibility) to learn how to act for herself.
Also if Glinda can help teach her how to get it with Kuzuryuu that's a plus. She does want to date the bocchan but she doesn't think it's possible. IF THE BOCCHAN WANTS TO DATE SOMEONE ELSE SHE'LL BE SAD BUT. Yes.

Peko spent a long time honestly not being sure what to make of Feferi, tbh. Her being an alien was weird, but obvious, so Peko just kind of accepted that as being a Thing and that was that. Her being a thirteen-year-old killer also didn't faze her, because as well all know, Peko's ideas on these things are completely skewed and no one should really listen to what Peko thinks are okay traits to have.
ALSO FEF HAD PEKO COMPLETELY FOOLED FOR WEEK 2 FOR A VERY LONG TIME. Spoiler after Ian was scapegoated, Peko thought Spain was the most likely murderer. And actually would have double-murdered Spain and Freud week 3 because hey it's not like anyone would miss a killer anyway. Haha. AHAHA.
But then Feferi built her a grave by the river and Peko was basically blown away by that. She'd never expected to get any kind of recognition after she died; as far as she was concerned, she was a tool who failed to do her one job. She'd acted on her own initiative and fucked up and no one would miss her once she was gone. And then Feferi built a grave and maintained it and gave people a place to go to speak with her. And it's really difficult to put into words exactly how much that meant to her. It was a visible reminder that she had existed, and even if it was (or rather, started as) out of the way, it was still something people could pass by and even just think of her. And then people actually did come, and thanks to the magic of the graveyard, she was actually able to see and hear that. And that was such a huge thing for her, to see people actually treating her as if she had been a person.
AND THEN THE DKS lordy. Peko still didn't really sympathize with Feferi for being a killer; as far as she was concerned, whatever the circumstances, Feferi had still managed to do it, and since by the time Peko figured out it was Fef, she already knew Ian was relatively okay for being dead, so she didn't begrudge her for that anymore even. If anything, she really appreciated that someone was there for Kuzuryuu in that kind of situation. UNTIL HE KILLED HER.
After Fef's entrance to the graveyard, Peko really lost patience with her. Because clearly she and Chizuru were protecting someone, and Peko was just afraid that it had been Kuzuryuu. And of all people who could be trusted with something having to do with the young master, clearly it should have been her. Thanks to having been in the graveyard with the MM1 players so long and being told that she couldn't have most of the information she wanted, Feferi (and Chizuru) not giving her information royally pissed her off. Mostly because she was scared.
But all in all, by endgame, Peko still has a fairly positive opinion of Feferi!

But after week 5, with Phoenix in the graveyard with her, that's when things started to get interesting. She'd approached literally all of the newly-dead people trying to get more information about Kuzuryuu, because this is her life now. Watching Kuzuryuu on a giant screen. What a life to have. But Phoenix was really the first one who could give her information she didn't have. Revealing the DKs to her was a huge sign of trust; for her, it was as if Phoenix was acknowledging the bond she had with Kuzuryuu in a way that no one else in the castle (including her) had really done.
So her respect for Phoenix went up immediately simply because of that alone. If he knew the young master so well and was willing to share that information with her (and not with the others, which was also something she appreciated), that automatically makes him a Good Person.
As for the week 5 murder itself, she... felt a little bad, because she'd overruled Bakura for giving Yuyuko a sponsorship item earlier that week, but Phoenix's motivations for it -- saving not only one, but two important people -- struck a chord with her. So she really couldn't fault him for that, considering the outcome. Also she has a weird perspective on it since she already knows what it's like to be dead thanks to the castle and it's not really that bad. Execution is worse than being murdered, in her opinion, and dying from impact really isn't a terrible way to go.
All in all, she really does like hobodad! He's one of the more likely ones she'll ever open up to more completely in endgame, since she thinks they have a weird sort of kinship thanks to their relationship with Kuzuryuu, and that Phoenix trusted her with his and the others' secret before anyone else.
