This here is Fujisaki Chihiro (Chihiro Fujisaki in western order, but he'll use eastern), the Super High School Level Programmer from Dangan Ronpa. Ah, Dangans, so bad at avoiding murder. Chihiro is a boy who dresses like a girl because he has a complex about appearing weak, is very meek and timid; so y'know, murder castle is a greaaat place for him amirite.
