HAHA, OH MAN where do I even start with Kuzuryuu though?
Yeah, they really got off on the wrong foot. Even before murder castle happened Wriggle was pissed off about waking up in some weird place and since Kuzuryuu was probably the first person she saw she just kind of took it out on him by being really rude. And then murder castle happened and Wriggle disliked Kuzuryuu even more because there's no way someone that angry wouldn't kill someone (well, she wasn't wrong).
That along with the fact that he said he was going to win the game made Kuzuryuu the number one person she needed to look out for, it really did surprise her that he wasn't one of the first few culprits. Whenever he talked about strategy it was annoying because it didn't fit with her image of him and the fact that he had people willing to defend him irritated her because she felt like he didn't deserve it. Gradually, as the weeks went by and Wriggle became a little better adjusted to the situation and Kuzuryuu did not become a murderer she managed to let go of her dislike for him a little. When she saw him at the lake with the fireflies she started to realise that he actually could be a little more mellowed out when he wanted to be.
From then on Kuzuryuu seemed to become less of a threat. Wriggle thought that maybe he wasn't as tough as he looked and just acted like that to scare people off. Him being outed by Sebastian's report didn't deter her from him, in fact it probably made it worse since he was the only of the group she was even remotely close with so she figured that meant she could pester him for answers. In a weird kind of way it brought them together since she had a reason to focus her energy on him and without Wriggle knowing, she actually started to like him.
Austria's death really hit her hard and the pressure of having to ask the right question to the host was really getting to her. Talking to Kuzuryuu was a big help in sorting out some of her feelings, even if she felt like they were in the same boat because they both had questions to ask the fact that she was able to open up to him like that meant she had a good deal of trust in him whether or not she realised it. Even if she hadn't started to get along with the others and make an effort to remember them she probably would have gotten Kuzuryuu's name right anyway because he really had become someone important to her.
AND THEN HE WENT AND GOT EXECUTED! What happened Week 8? Who knows, my internet was so bad I couldn't be there. Even if he did what he did to save Nanami and help mess up the game she was still super pissed at him. As far as she was concerned, Austria scarified herself to keep him safe so he was disrespecting her wishes by pulling a stunt like that. Even if that wasn't the case she was upset and angry and not really thinking straight since for two weeks in a row her favourite person in the castle died.
She really had been terrified when they found him under the bookcase.
Now that they're back at camp Wriggle will probably go back to good-natured teasing, maybe even more so now that she has Mystia to encourage her but Kuzuryuu will be one of the people she'll miss the most when they finally have to go home.
