I'm sorry, Phoenix is just one of those people she really never caught up on. She didn't start remembering peoples names until a little after his death and even when she was reminded of him it was still hard to really remember he used to be there. It's no fault of Phoenix's, Wriggle's memory is just a little off.
That being said, when it was finally revealed that Phoenix was the one that killed Yuyuko she absolutely hated him, since Yuyuko's death had been the worst to affect her in the game so far. Falling was suddenly a very real fear for Wriggle and for a few weeks she was afraid to fly again and it was all because of him. She didn't even pick up on the fact that he was trying to save Maya until the last moment so it didn't really change her opinion on him.
Now that they're out of murder castle Wriggle no loner worries about falling and any hate she might have had for Phoenix has been forgotten. She's not exactly going to go out of her way to get to know him better but if he wants to talk to her she won't push him away. What he did seems so far away to her now that it'll be like meeting some new.
The name she wrote to vote for his execution was Griffon Wright.
