So Susan is the anti-Glinda and god Glinda was annoying like she obviously meant well but she completely grated on her nerves. So by dint of actively disliking Glinda she was pretty much on Austria's side in that argument. I think Susan actually is pretty similar to Austria in a few ways; the one thing is that she feels that Austria is too quick to make up her mind about things and then charges forward like some kind of steamroller. And honestly, not everyone can go around singing about friendship and magic, but that doesn't mean they don't care.

Then Austria murdered Spain.

On the one hand, Susan is not super broken up because A. Spain's better off in the graveyard than in the game like the one person who really definitely needed to die was Spain so he could get his memories back and actually be a useful member of the team again, and B. He totally had it coming after Clyde and Latvia sorry it definitely sucks, but you can't complain that much when you betrayed two friends yourself.

On the other hand, wow, Austria, that's a lot harsher than even Susan ever could be, and it sort of goes with the steamroller thing again where she makes up her mind and then sorts of shuts everything else out and charges for the goal. She does think it was a bad decision. It was courageous, but misguided. She could understand the thought process behind it, but it seemed to her like Austria was just doing something, anything she possibly could to shake things up, which isn't the best tactic. She was banking on there being something in the museum and unfortunately there didn't turn out to be anything too helpful so in the long run, it just delayed the DKs having to act one week and got two more people killed.

That said, if Susan disliked everyone she thought made bad decisions she would literally never talk to anyone so it more or less just earned Austria a sigh of disbelief and some quip about Austria representing centuries of women whose hearts were broken by Spain. Also Susan being Death means that the graveyard this round was barely a slap on the wrist to her. She was really upset about Stiles because she didn't know if he had been permakilled but she was never too terribly worried about anyone actually in the game since they were going to end up in the graveyard and be saved regardless. She does recognize it's unfair to discount the pain they went through, though, since it was still 10 weeks of psychological torture, so she's just... going to keep that opinion to herself.
